A special rosé retsina with a bright pink rose color. Flavored with ripe stone cherry and framboise, notes of herbal aromas such as tomato leaves and chamomile and very subtle notes of mastic and rosemary. During taste, one recognizes botanical notes that are more intensely projected by minty aromas of fresh pine resin. The fruity and herbal aromas combined with the refreshing acidity give a finish with finesse and appeal.

A premium composition with botanical notes and herbal aromas. Fermentation in oval-shaped concrete tanks and maceration on lees for three months. An exquisite and distinctive rosé retsina that will be bottled in only 4,600 bottles.
