The fine varieties of Savvatiano and Merlot grapes give the rosé version of our favorite and authentic Malamatina retsina.
The addition of a small amount of excellent quality pine resin during fermentation gives the characteristic retsina taste and brings out the floral notes, while allowing fruity aromas reminiscent of cherry and raspberry to be released.
It perfectly pairs with oily Mediterranean dishes, fried calamari, and codfish garlic sauce as well as any typical Greek appetizer.
