Ripe citrus and fruits such as grapefruit and peach are combined with notes of red plum. The aromatic palette is complemented by touches of herbal aromas such as fresh fennel, mint and a subtle presence of resin.
Light and elegant, with a refreshing acidity, it unfolds harmoniously the aromas with the resin, leaving a pleasant fruity aftertaste.
Excellent with flat fish or fried fish, legumes, lamb with herbs and strong garlic flavored pasta.
